Kamensky Esquire, Senior Partner The firm is led by Jerrold Kamensky, a graduate of Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C., and an experienced certified civil trial attorney who has litigated in all courts from local courts up to the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Kamensky’s 30 years in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania court systems assures our clients the advantages of local courtroom expertise and negotiating skills for out of court settlements developed and mastered over many years. Philip
J. Cohen, Esquire, Partner Member: New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bars Admitted to practice in 1993 in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Cohen joined Jerrold Kamensky and Associates in 1996 after a two year clerkship with the Honorable Howland Abramson, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and later became a partner in 2004. While attending law school at Widener University School of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a membership that recognizes students having attained excellence in the art of appellate advocacy. His area of concentration at Kamensky - Cohen & Associates includes Corporate Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Product Liability Matters, Professional Malpractice and other complex Litigation. |

Mark Laderman, Esquire, Associate Member: New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bars Mark Laderman is a recent graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, having made Dean's List and received an award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy. Mark, as a Law Clerk for Kamensky·Cohen, has helped litigate cases involving Personal Injury, Products Liability, and Employment Law. In his role as Associate, he is expanding upon these areas of practice. |

Cox, Esquire, Of Counsel Member: New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bars Mr. Cox was admitted to practicing law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1993, Federal District Court of New Jersey (1993) and Federal District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1994). A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Mr. Cox’s legal career has encompassed experience in workers’ compensation, criminal defense, zoning and planning, civil litigation, and real estate. After nearly ten years of general practice, he now primarily concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation, real estate, liquor license transfers and appeals, and commercial litigation. |

Phillip B. Whitcomb, Esquire,
Of Counsel
Philip B. Whitcomb, Esquire's experience is in the area of employment and labor law. He is the former Director of Office of Employee Relations for the State of New Jersey, having previously served as Vice President of Labor Relations for Trans World Airlines. Philip is Of Counsel to the firm and acts on behalf of the firm in matters involving labor law, labor negotiations and as an invaluable aid in formulating the defense of Labor litigation matters. |

Franklyn Aronson, Esq. , Of Counsel Mr. Aronson has been an attorney in the Mercer County Community since 1966 and provides services for our clients in his areas of expertise which includes Wills and Trust Document Preparation and Administration, Tax and Estate Planning and Elder Law. His practice also focuses on business law and taxation, including closely-held corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and proprietorship operations. He is admitted to practice before the tax court of the United States and is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the American Bar Association. |

Laurence Tomar, Esquire, Of Counsel Mr. Tomar was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1968 and in Pennsylvania in 1977. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in 1968, he has been in private practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1973. He is Of Counsel to Kamensky Cohen in the area of Family Law including Divorce and Mediation, Real Estate and Land Use, and has practiced in these areas of the law for over 35 years. Mr. Tomar is fluent in Spanish and acts as an interpreter in all areas of the Law for our Firm.
