Jerrold Kamensky, the firm’s founder, is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C., and an experienced certified civil trial attorney who has litigated in our Courts from the local Municipal Courts to the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and the United States. Mr. Kamensky's over 30 years of experience in the Federal, New Jersey and Pennsylvania court systems assures our clients the advantages of local courtroom expertise and negotiating skills for out of court settlements developed and mastered over many years.

Phil Cohen, the firm's newly named Partner, first joined Kamensky - Cohen & Associates, eight years ago in 1996 as an Associate after serving for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Howland W. Abramson, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1993.  He was a member of the Moot Court, and an honorary society for appellate advocacy.  Mr. Cohen was also actively involved in the Juvenile Justice Program, designed to expose teenagers to the legal profession. His private practice with Kamensky Cohen & Associates has been primarily in the areas of civil and corporate litigation.  He looks forward to participating in the administration and growth planning of the newly formed partnership.
